Minor update this time. 

I remade all powers in a simpler and more manageable form. Instead of being in a tarot card format, they are now in the same euro poker card format as the weapons are. 

Instead of having a verbose description and multiple levels, powers now only have a small sentence that describes the power and a few tags that can be taken to enhance the power.

There is no limit to how many tags can be taken and depending on what you want to achieve, you might take a single tag multiple times. Taking any tag raises the cost of the power by 1.

Hopefully, this will allow more flexibility to the power system for those who don't like a complicated system.
